Alissa Winicki

Alissa Winicki completed her Honours bachelor degree in Administrative Studies (Business) from York University with the distinction of magna cum laude in 2011. She then traveled to England to attain her LL.B. from the University of Leicester in 2014. While studying abroad, she distinguished herself in a number mooting and client interviewing competitions before receiving several awards for academic excellence and graduating with First Class Honours. Upon her return home, Alissa attended Osgoode Hall Law School to obtain her LL.M. in Canadian Common Law in 2015.
Alissa was called to the Bar in June of 2016. Shortly thereafter, she became an associate at RV Law LLP and is now focusing her practice on administrative law, family law, wills and estates and litigation.
Alissa is empathetic and detail-oriented, and when combined with her passion for the helping others she is a zealous advocate in pursuit of her client’s best interests.
Alissa’s interests include running, thus far having completed two half and one full marathon. She is also an avid yoga student, ultimate frisbee player, and motorcycle enthusiast.
