Sentil Thomson practices in the areas of civil, commercial and administrative litigation. He works in the following areas:

  • corporate and business law;
  • plaintiff and management-side employment law;
    • wrongful dismissals,
    • constructive dismissals,
    • workplace investigations, and
    • all other manner of workplace disputes;
  • human rights law;
  • torts and personal injury;
  • immigration law; and
  • wills & estates law.

Sentil appears before a variety of courts, tribunals and boards. He also advocates for his clients in mediation and arbitration settings.

Sentil obtained his Juris Doctor from Robson Hall, University of Manitoba. In his final year of studies, he was awarded the J.S.D. Tory Writing Award for his research in the area of product liability. After articling at RV Law LLP, he worked at a prominent Downtown employment law boutique.

He is called to the Bar in Ontario (active) and Manitoba (inactive).
